How to play Football Link?

Football Link is a football guessing game from Futbol 11 where your goal is to figure out the mystery player based on a list of five of their former or current teammates.

The game begins by showing you one teammate. You can either make a guess or skip to see the next teammate. Once all five teammates are revealed, you’ll get one final chance to name the player.

To win, correctly identify the footballer who has shared the pitch with all five shown.

Please note that the teammates listed are not necessarily in chronological order of when they played with the mystery player. They may have been teammates at the national level or at any of their former clubs. Importantly, this does not include youth academy teams or youth-level matches; we only count appearances where they were teammates on the pitch in senior-level football.

For an example of how the game works: if the five teammates shown are Rooney, Varane, Dias, Ferdinand, and Khedira, the correct answer is Cristiano Ronaldo, as he has shared the pitch with each of these players at various points in his career. The connections are as follows: Rooney and Ferdinand at Manchester United, Khedira at Real Madrid, Dias with the Portugal national team, and Varane at both Manchester United and Real Madrid.

Sometimes, more than one player might have shared the pitch with the exact same combination of five teammates. While we carefully select our combinations to ensure a unique answer whenever possible, overlaps can occasionally happen. To keep things fair and keep you in the game, you are given up to 5 attempts to identify the correct mystery player.
